Animal Welfare League Australia care for companion animals across Australia
The non-for-profit organisation works across the nation to rescue companion animals and find them homes.
Formed in 2007 the organisation has shelters in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland,Tasmania, Western Australia and South Australia.
Every year thousands of animals who have been surrendered, neglected or abandoned by their owners are taken in and cared for at animal welfare shelters, treated at the veterinary hospital, put into a foster care program or taken to volunteer branches.
